"A nice quiet reprieve tucked in the corner by the elevator banks, I surprisingly enjoyed their americano and cafe latte. The pistachio cookie was so-so and I didn't try any of their chocolate specialties but overall, pretty good place to relax away from the casino."

"If being simple means being straightforward, then nothing can be simpler than a coffee drink with the name "9 to 5". You drink coffee like Americano, cappuccino or espresso to stay awake so why not just name your drink 9 to 5? That's exactly what Cafe Society just did. And out of curiosity, that's exactly what I ordered from them. But the real question is, was it good? I say just average, it was more like coffee with hints of caramel. But the coffee was indeed strong. Did it make me awake that long? Probably just 4 hours, enough to reach driving home."

"The cafe is located in the middle of the 3rd floor. You can smell the smoke from the casino across it. Otherwise, the food is okay. Limited options on the menu. During GCQ: There are lots of goodies and gingerbread houses to choose from. It's a perfect Christmas gift for kids, family and loved ones April 2022: I ordered the usual iced chocolate, citron iced tea and chocolate crinkles. Sad to say that their drinks tasted different. It's not the same as before when they were still at the Garage. I paid for P620.00 but it's not even worth the price. If I only knew, I should have ordered from Starbucks instead."

"I could care less about the coffee, I came for the chocolates! Or should I say Chocol8 which is the brand of the chocolates being sold at Cafe Society. They had a workshop enclosed in glass so people can check out the process of how they make these magnificent confections! Not only are they a feast for the eyes, I could say that they have the best chocolates in the whole of the Philippines!"

"Definitely a wonderland for sugar addicts like me (be still my sugar count!). It is pricey (considering the location) but the place does not only serve the cute pastries and delectable breads but they do have mouthwatering sandwiches, coffee and even chocolate bars! Haven indeed but watch for your calorie intake while in this place!"

"THE BEST mocha I've ever had. Perfect drinking temperature and it was not too sweet. Very clean venue and gorgeous chocolates, but the staff seemed a bit clueless. They did just open and maybe they were training... Everyone just seemed slow and didn't know what to do or have information about the menu. Again, best mocha and I didn't get a tummy ache after the drink. They must clean their coffee machine regularly. Believe me, I've had some real bad CR experiences here in Philippines after a simple coffee drink! Note, they do not offer water other than bottled water for sale. Thought this was a bit weird for a cafe."

"The attendant was ready and friendly. I ordered the Strawberry Cream Cake. The staff asked if it's for a birthday. I said, "Yes". She gave me free dedication chocolate and a candle. The cake was an art in perfection. The design was exquisite. The taste was divine. Just the right amount of sweetness. The bitter but healthy dark chocolate compliments the strawberries and cream. We loved it!"

"Worthy of 5 star for their pastries and service. I have read some of the negative reviews about the service and for me, not really fair since the staff is accomodating once you connect with them. They will not hover and be at your beck & call if you are divas and kings for they will respect your space, time and will let you feast your eyes on their grand displays. But once you engage, they are very friendly and accomodating. Everytime we stay in COD, this is are staple place to get baked goodies. Pricey because they will give you a run for it. The best pastries for me so far. Please let us stop expecting staff to drool at our feet."
